ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship in two stages: production time + shipping time.

  • Apparel & Core Gear: 2–5 days production + 3–6 days shipping = 5–11 days total
  • Accessories & Limited Drops: 3–7 days production + 4–10 days shipping = 7–17 days total
  • International orders: 10–20 days standard

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Why does it take longer than Amazon?

Because we don’t do mass production. Every piece is made on demand—crafted specifically for you after you order. That’s how we keep quality high and waste low. Legends know the best things aren’t rushed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at roadie@retiredrockstarbrand.com and we’ll do our best to help.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom and limited-edition products may not be eligible for return.

What items are non-returnable?

Gift cards, final sale items, VIP memberships, and items marked “No Returns” at time of purchase.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect—in that case, we’ve got you covered.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most Retired Rock Star™ apparel and accessories are print-on-demand, crafted after you place your order. This means no two runs are exactly alike—and once a limited drop sells out, it’s gone for good.

Will limited drops be restocked?

No. Limited drops are exactly that—limited. When they’re gone, they’re gone. Sign up for our email list to get first access to new drops.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up—our tees are pre-shrunk but run true to size.
