🕒 Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
🧵 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
* Must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
* You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom-made or limited-edition products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

* Final sale items
* VIP Memberships or digital content
* Products marked “No Returns” on the product page
* Items returned without contacting us first

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us first at roadie@retiredrockstarbrand.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
📦 Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. For approved returns, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.
